As the Food Safety and Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are met throughout the organization. Your expertise will be critical in managing the food safety management system.

    Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of technical processes: HACCP, GMP, root cause analysis,
    supply chain, raw materials, allergen, micro, and listeria management
    Knowledge of high- and low-risk food processing and cross-flow
    management.
  • Understanding of cold chain management and critical control factors.
  • Practical experience in various food preparation stages and processes.
  • Knowledge of technical processes: HACCP, GMP, root cause analysis,
    suppl y chain, raw materials, allergen, micro, and listeria management.
    Ensure that HACCP standards are documented and available at all times.
    Conduct process audits, Coordinate Pet Control Contractor, Assist Supervisor with quality checks
  • Familiarity with packaging functionality and application.
    Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Quality and Food Safety Management Systems Certificate
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • At least 1 year experience in a food safety/quality controller role.
  • Strong Computer Literacy
