MUST MUST MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN FOUNDRY POSITION IS NOT FOR PS ENGINEERING BUT FOR MY CLIENT!
Desired experience and qualifications
Ø Trade certification (Fitter & Turner)
Ø Preventative maintenance (min 2 years)
Ø Mechanical maintenance (min 2 years)
Ø Understanding of electrical maintenance on foundry plant equipment
Ø Must be familiar with foundry maintenance (not negotiable)
Ø Welding certifications are a plus but not a requirement. Applicants MUST BE be familiar with electrical, mechanical, and preventative foundry plant maintenance.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ø Responsible for troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving any issues that may arise from dealing with any of the equipment or tooling. Ø Familiar with foundry plant predictive and preventative maintenance. Ø Provide support to the Maintenance Manager and management team in daily plant operations. Ø Make sure all safeguards of equipment are installed and maintained as needed to conform to OSHA regulations. Ø Assist in set up of existing or new fixtures for machine or assembly. Ø Complies with safety policies and procedures.
Ø Perform other duties as and when required.
Ø Proactive approach to plant safety.
