5 month Fixed Term Contract : Starting date

Operating Hours : Monday – Friday 8:30 – 16:00 > On-site

Reports to : Banking and Compliance Manager

My client is situated in Somerset west, operates in the exciting world of Personal Financial Management.

We are looking to hire a client service driven and detailed orientated person to fill this administrative position.

You will be required to;

· Capture payments on banking platforms

· General Banking Administrative tasks

· Assist and complete compliance forms

· Ensure all records are kept up to date

· Distribute month end & quarterly reports

· Some filing will be required

· General administration and support

Min Requirements:

  • Gr12 Certificate
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in an administrative roll
  • Highly professional client service abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Reliable and honest
  • Computer literate
  • Must have a valid driver’s license & own vehicle
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans & English
  • Strong verbal & written skills
