We are currently looking for a junior administrative clerk to join our team in Paarden Eiland. Requirements and duties are as follows:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Efficiency in Office
- Working with debtors:
Daily invoicing
Following up on orders
Ensuring all invoices are completed by month end
Liaising with customers daily - Working with creditors:
Requesting supplier quotes
Capturing supplier invoices - Sage experience is a plus
- Answering phones
- Updating staff register weekly
- Filing
- Managing petty cash daily
- Working hours are Monday to Friday 7:30-5pm
