WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A JUNIOR ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK TOJOIN OUR TEAM

We are currently looking for a junior administrative clerk to join our team in Paarden Eiland. Requirements and duties are as follows:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Efficiency in Office
  • Working with debtors:
    Daily invoicing
    Following up on orders
    Ensuring all invoices are completed by month end
    Liaising with customers daily
  • Working with creditors:
    Requesting supplier quotes
    Capturing supplier invoices
  • Sage experience is a plus
  • Answering phones
  • Updating staff register weekly
  • Filing
  • Managing petty cash daily
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday 7:30-5pm
